Ibex Ropes has been providing technical solutions to many defence applications where shock cords are required since 1969.

British Standard shock cords are the foundation to our technical solutions:
BS 3F70:1991 and BS 3F71:1991.
These shock cords are used in combination assemblies with hooks to
BS SP 168 and BS SP 169 (A to G) and engineered to bespoke items to suit specific needs.

We make assemblies in all military colour requirements such as sand or khaki, olive drab, black and white.

The design and specification team at Ibex are available to discuss specific requirements for military and defence applications and to demonstrate our capability and expertise in this field.
We provide a full sampling service and proving and testing facilities with full certification as required.
